Whether you are a grandparent, a single mother, a multi-generational household, or a family looking for a welcoming home for the first time, Goldenrule puts your specific needs first.

We are a regional organization that was founded and developed to address the needs of substandard housing. Goldenrule can build, restore, remodel, and even move homes to a new lot to fulfill its vision to combat community blight and abuse of low-income families by slum lords in the region we serve.
